WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
1.) FOOD
Following my easy
4 day rotation diet or my
guidelines will promote healthy weight loss. For optimum results, the
rotation diet needs to be followed exactly with little or no
substitutions. Expect to lose 2-3
lbs. per month!
2.) DETOX
In a nutshell, the reason why my program works is because I do not try
to get people to lose weight, at least, not at first. I try to get
people healthy. You must detox your system and get your
overall body
healthy before you can lose weight. You must reach a certain level of
health before you can even start losing weight.
3.) ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is performed on 12 specific points on
the body to help balance your body’s energy and decrease appetite and
cravings. The needles used are very fine (36 gauge) and are only used
once then thrown away. The needles rarely hurt and many times you cannot
even feel them. Treatments are
performed two times a week for 4 weeks, then 1 time a week for 4 weeks,
for a total of 12 visits. Depending
upon how much weight that you want to lose, you can continue on a weekly
or bimonthly schedule, whichever you desire. Once your goal is reached,
then booster visits 4-5 times per year is recommended. Expect to lose
4-5 lbs. per month.

EXERCISE
Cardiovascular Exercise (ex. Walking, bike

for 30 minutes, 3-4 times per week) Exercising is

rid of excess weight. Individuals who diet without
exercising lose mainly water and some muscle.
regular exercise helps the body burn fat stored for
energy. Exercise helps burn calories along with
faising BASAL METABOLIC RATE (thermo genesis)
causing the body to burn calories long after
exercise is finished.
WATER
It is extremely important that you drink
8-10 (8 oz.) glasses of filtered water daily.
This will flush out the body and help clean the
toxins from the kidneys and liver. Drink 2 (8 oz.)
glasses with each dose of your dietary supplements
(Mito-Detox, Glyco-Stress, Super Omega-2,
etc…) Drink very little with meals, this makes you
chew your food better and your body secretes
more saliva which has enzymes for good digestion. I
suggest a “reverse osmosis” water
purification system that is installed under your
kitchen sink. You’ll have crystal clear water which can also be hooked
up to your refrigerator giving you beautiful, clean ice.
FOOD/DIET
Most of my weight loss patients use my
4-Day Rotation Diet. It has a lot of good food and it lets you
eat what you want 3 days a week. Using the diet on
Monday-Thursday allows you the “week-
ends” off! If you don’t want to utilize my diet,
just follow my Healthy Solutions menu guidelines.
All meals need to be eaten close to the same time
each day and no food after 8:00 p.m., or 2 hours before bedtime. Try
eating your food slower. Give your body time to release a neuro-
transmitter called seratonin, its what makes you “feel full”. You will
find yourself eating less but still be satisfied.
*ELIMINATE SALT! NO RICE, PASTA, OR
POTATOES FOR 30 DAYS!
QUICK TIPS!
Cardiovascular
exercise 20-30 minutes, 3-4 times a week. i.e. walking, cycling,

LIMIT CARBOHYDRATES!
Eat them early in the day, i.e. breakfast.
UNLIMITED raw vegetables and fruits.
AVOID caffeine
beverages and excessive alcohol. Drink de-caffeinated coffee, tea and/or
sodas.
