The Natural Progesterone Cream for Women

Directions:

Use 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon one 1 to 2 times daily from ovulation until menstruation begins, discontinuing until ovulation, then repeat, or 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily for 21 days, discontinuing for 7 days, and repeat. Massage cream into hands and body, alternating application sites, until absorbed. Individual needs may vary.
