We are also preferred providers for many other insurance providers, Please call our office and we will be happy to do an insurance verification to determine your exact coverage. Usually, your co-pay is all you pay, unless you have a deductable that has not been met. We will file on all insurances, but the patient is always responsible for their medical bill. Most insurance companies will not pay for Weight Loss Products, Vitamins, Herbs, or other similar supplements.

We are a MEDICARE provider and will take Medicare assignment. Medicare pays for CHIROPRACTIC MANIPULATIONS ONLY !!  Medicare does not pay for acupuncture, vitamins, therapy, medical equipment or supplies.
