Alpha Lipoic
Acid has the unique ability to work as an antioxidant in
both water and fat soluble environments. This allows it to
scavenge free radicals inside the cell and in the lipid
membranes. ALA also provides protection against a wider
range of free radicals than strictly water soluble or fat
soluble antioxidants.
